Shield-type Hydraulic Support

Characteristics:

⑴Large dip angle: It has better anti-down and anti-skid device and can adapt to the large dip angle of 25°to 45°fully mechanized coal mining.

⑵Moving side protecting plate in both sides: One side fixed temporarily, one side active; top beam side guard extended to the front end; better cover performance which adapt to broken roof; inside reinforcement which enhance the bending deformation.

⑶Ring-pull armrest: Being set on two column cylinder body which can be adjusted left to right and up to down for the operator.

⑷Protective device interchangeability: All the protective device, include the protection device of the working face support, support on the begin and end positions, adjustable frame beams, back adjust, belt conveyor, are all interchangeable and can be installed in any corresponding region on any unit.

⑸Soft and hard to connect conveyer antiskid: Except the locking piston rod cavity(hard connection pushing locking piston chamber) that has the antiskid function, there is a overall or segment lift-up restoration function when the conveyor is already glided.

⑹Back adjustable device: Set double-acting adjustable devices at the back of the two base bottom parts to prevent slanting of the support front part.

⑺Double balanced jack: Set double balanced jack between the top beam and cover beam, increase tension and reduce thrust, let the support adapt to the top beam well.

⑻Connect the front and back connecting rod and the covering beam outside of the box so as to install and inspect easily and prevent the pin roll falling and damage the components.
